Tarrant County College - Southeast Campus

Tarrant County College Southeast Campus is a public community college campus at 2100 Southeast Parkway in Arlington, Texas, in the southeast corner of Tarrant County between Dallas and Fort Worth. The campus opened in fall 1996 and serves more than 10,000 students, along with several Early College High Schools. It is one of six locations in the Tarrant County College District, which was established in 1965 and is accredited as a single institution by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). Southeast Campus specializes in culinary, hospitality, and nutrition education. A dedicated academic building houses the Culinary Arts, Dietetics, and Hospitality Management programs, and the campus is the district's only location for the Culinary Arts AAS and its Baking and Pastry, Catering/Private Chef, and Beverage Management certificates. Southeast also offers Hospitality Management and Travel & Tourism degrees, nutrition certificates, business administration and accounting programs, and information technology credentials in network support, Cisco support, cybersecurity, programming, and web applications. Transfer-oriented Associate of Arts and Associate of Science degrees are available, including an Associate of Science in Engineering offered only at this campus. Skilled-trades programs such as welding, HVAC/R, automotive, electrical line technician, and construction management are taught at other TCC campuses rather than Southeast, and nursing and medical assisting are based at Trinity River. Tuition is charged per semester credit hour, with in-district Tarrant County residents paying the lowest rate. Classes are offered days, evenings, online, and in hybrid formats.
