About Minnesota State Commercial Driver Academy

The Minnesota State Commercial Driver Academy is a multi-campus consortium partnership between Anoka-Ramsey Community College, Saint Paul College, and Dakota County Technical College (DCTC). The 6-week Class A CDL program operates across the Twin Cities metro and includes ELDT-compliant theory and behind-the-wheel training. As a Minnesota State institution, the Academy offers significantly lower tuition than private CDL schools.
